In no particular order:

  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Habanero chili (none in DnA #0)
  • Fresno chili
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Cardamon
  • Maple syrup
  • Canola oil

* For consistency between batches, every ingredient is measured to within a few grams (1/10 oz), that said I cannot guarantee the heat of the chilis as they get hotter as they ripen, thus a #3 from one batch may not exactly match the heat of a #3 from another batch.
